Casas de Santa Fe Summer 2020 Updates

In these unprecedented times, we feel it is important to let you know, whether you are a tenant currently staying with us or a future arrival, what we are doing in response to the global pandemic.

We have kept our office closed to outside traffic to minimize contact with travelers for our own health as much as our tenants for when we visit properties to inspect them or make ready for an arrival.

As of June 2020, with the amended order from the Governor, short term vacation rental companies can now operate at 50% maximum occupancy of their rental inventory in accordance with COVID-Safe practices.

Please contact Casas de Santa Fe to discuss availability on specific dates and/or homes.

Out-of-state travelers are welcome to book but please be aware there are travel restrictions in place for those who are flying into New Mexico. Travelers flying or driving into New Mexico are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days after arrival.

We are working with our housekeeping companies to ensure that cleanings are done in accordance with CDC guidelines: wearing masks and gloves, using bleach to clean and disinfect, extra cleaning on high-traffic areas such as light switches and doorknobs, focusing on sanitizing and ventilating the property, etc. We are allowing three days in between reservations to clean and sanitize the properties before subsequent arrivals. Face Masks are mandatory when in public spaces. The Governor has elected to keep all class B swimming pools closed until further, this includses the community pools at Bishop's Lodge and Fort Marcy (Casa Bohemia)
